Below you will find separate terms for Season Programs (Autumn & Spring) and Birthday Events.

General Philosophy

A relaxed and positive atmosphere is the most important thing for us. We expect all visitors to act responsibly to ensure safe, smooth, and enjoyable training for everyone.

We want everyone to feel welcome and have a good experience.

Equipment & Dress Code

Wear comfortable sports clothing and indoor shoes. If suitable footwear is not available, staff may deny access to the facility.

All participants must listen to and follow staff instructions at all times. Appropriate caution must be exercised, and unnecessary risk-taking must be avoided. Do not train if you are injured or ill.

If a participant repeatedly ignores the rules or behaves in a careless or unsafe manner despite warnings, they may be removed from the facility without compensation.

Safety & Responsibility

Staff will do their best to ensure participant safety. However, all participants train primarily at their own risk.

By following the rules below, we aim to prevent injuries and ensure a smooth training environment.

All programs include valid liability insurance. Personal accident insurance is the responsibility of each participant.
