Parkourkeskus Rules and Terms
Below you will find separate terms for Season Programs (Autumn & Spring) and Birthday Events.
General Philosophy
A relaxed and positive atmosphere is the most important thing for us. We expect all visitors to act responsibly to ensure safe, smooth, and enjoyable training for everyone.
We want everyone to feel welcome and have a good experience.
Equipment & Dress Code
Wear comfortable sports clothing and indoor shoes. If suitable footwear is not available, staff may deny access to the facility.
All participants must listen to and follow staff instructions at all times. Appropriate caution must be exercised, and unnecessary risk-taking must be avoided. Do not train if you are injured or ill.
If a participant repeatedly ignores the rules or behaves in a careless or unsafe manner despite warnings, they may be removed from the facility without compensation.
Safety & Responsibility
Staff will do their best to ensure participant safety. However, all participants train primarily at their own risk.
By following the rules below, we aim to prevent injuries and ensure a smooth training environment.
All programs include valid liability insurance. Personal accident insurance is the responsibility of each participant.
General Gym Rules
Do not jump head first.
Do not jump without first checking the landing area.
After climbing up, descend partway before jumping down.
Do not disturb others. Avoid landing or jumping into other people’s space.
Tag and hide-and-seek games are not allowed due to safety reasons.IMPORTANT NOTICE
By participating, you confirm that:
You are participating in parkour, climbing, and functional training voluntarily.
You have been informed of the risks in advance.
You understand and accept the risk of injury or, in rare cases, serious harm or death.
You are responsible for your own insurance coverage.Additional Gym Rules (for Everyone)
To ensure a pleasant training environment:
No shouting
Empty pockets of loose items
No food in the gym (lounge area is for eating)
Warm up properly before training
Use mats and safety equipment when needed
Do not climb if there is a risk of falling onto objects
Do not go under others
Do not stack equipment
Do not enter inside training structures
Keep the gym clean and return equipment after use
Report any damage or issues to staff
Respect other participants and give space to train
No alcohol or drugs allowed under any circumstances
Be a good example, encourage others, and most importantly enjoy movement and have fun!
Responsibility for Belongings
Each participant is responsible for their own belongings (bags, bottles, clothes, etc.). Parkourkeskus is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes (2026).
Season Terms ( Spring and autumn seasons)
Season TermsRegistration & Payment
Season training registrations are done via the website. Registration is binding.
If not cancelled in writing (email or phone), 50% of the season fee will be charged.
The first session of the season can be tried for free before commitment.
After the trial, participants must confirm continuation immediately after the first session.
Pricing
Season (indoor Malmi facility): 269 € / season / group
Outdoor season: 130 € / season
Includes:
16 guided sessions (indoor season)
8 guided sessions (outdoor season)
Unlimited free practice during open training sessions
A group is confirmed with at least 6 participants.
Payments & Invoicing
Invoices are sent by email upon registration.
If unpaid, reminder fees may apply.

Discounts
Two groups: –40 €
Siblings: –40 € total discount
Family members: 5 € / open session
Contact us for adjusted invoices.
Insurance
All coached season activities include accident insurance (Pohjola Insurance).
Open sessions are not covered and are attended at your own risk.
Cancellation
After the first session, cancellation must be made in writing or by phone.
No refunds for mid-season cancellation.
Birthday Terms
Birthday Terms
By booking a birthday event, you accept the following conditions:
The program starts and ends at agreed times
Arrival 15 minutes before start is required
Lounge area must be cleared and tidy after the event
Snacks are consumed only after the program
Only water is allowed during training

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event.
Cancellations within 7 days: 40 € fee.
