Parkour Center / Parkourflow Ltd
Parkour Center is a Finnish family-owned company founded in 2012 and a natural movement training facility located in Helsinki, Malmi. We are the first dedicated parkour gym in the Helsinki metropolitan area and continue to be owned and operated by the original founders.
With over 10 years of experience, we provide high-quality and safe coaching in parkour, acrobatics, and functional movement training for children, teenagers, and adults.
Our Philosophy
Safety is the foundation of everything we do. We do not focus on competition or comparison. Instead, we support individual progress and provide a safe environment for everyone to train at their own pace.

Located within our facility is also Barefooted.fi, a barefoot shoe shop and online store offering natural footwear for training and everyday use.
