Parkourkeskus.fi / Parkourflow Ltd operates an online store at parkourkeskus.fi, selling products to consumers in Finland excluding Åland Islands. The agreement is always between Parkourkeskus / Parkourflow Ltd and the consumer.

Customer
Customers must be at least 18 years old. Minors may purchase only with guardian consent. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.
Order and agreement
An order becomes binding once the customer accepts these terms and completes payment. The customer also accepts the privacy policy.
Parkourkeskus reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing or availability errors caused by technical or human mistakes.
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are added separately. Payment methods may include card, online banking, invoice, or installment payment.

Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and only for order fulfillment purposes.
Cancellation
Course bookings are binding. Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the start date. No refunds are issued for late cancellations unless required by law.
Force majeure
Parkourkeskus is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
