GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY

The company provides services and an online store in Finland (excluding Åland Islands).
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms apply to:
- online store purchases
- guided parkour classes
- seasonal training programs (autumn & spring)
- birthday events
- private bookings and activities
- free training sessions and facility use
By participating, the customer accepts these terms in full.
3. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the online store.
Minors may participate only with guardian consent.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information:
- full name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- personal identity number (for billing/payment purposes when required)
4. CONTRACT FORMATION
A binding agreement is created when the customer:
- places an order
- registers for a course
- books a service
- accepts these terms
An order confirmation is sent by email.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods:
- online banking
- credit/debit cards
- mobile payments
- invoice
- installment payment

Parkourkeskus reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing or stock errors.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
6.1 Courses and Seasonal Training
- registration is binding
- cancellation at least 7 days before start
- no refunds after this period
- no refund for interrupted participation
Exceptions (with proof required):
- medical certificate (illness or injury)
- relocation
- death in the family
6.2 Birthday Parties and Events
- free cancellation up to 7 days before the event
- cancellations within 7 days: €40 cancellation fee
7. SAFETY AND PARTICIPATION RULES
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
Participants must:
- follow instructor instructions
- avoid unnecessary risk-taking
- train only when healthy
- act responsibly at all times
Instructors supervise safety to the best of their ability.
7.1 GENERAL SAFETY RULES
- No head-first jumping
- Always check landing area before jumping
- Step down before jumping from height
- Do not disturb others
- No tag or hide-and-seek games
- No alcohol or intoxicants
- Use equipment safely and correctly
- Follow staff instructions at all times
7.2 BEHAVIOUR RULES
- No shouting
- No food in training areas
- Keep spaces clean and tidy
- Return equipment after use
- Report damaged equipment
- Respect others’ training space
8. REMOVAL FROM PREMISES
Parkourkeskus reserves the right to remove any participant who:
- violates safety rules
- behaves disruptively
- creates a safety risk
No compensation is provided in such cases.
9. INSURANCE
All guided sessions include:
- liability insurance
- accident insurance (OP Pohjola Insurance)
Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance coverage outside training sessions.
10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Participants acknowledge that parkour, climbing and functional training involve:
- risk of injury
- risk of serious injury
- rare risk of death
Participation is voluntary.

- other unforeseen events
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- disputes are primarily resolved by negotiation
- otherwise handled by the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board
- or competent Finnish court
- Finnish law applies
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
Parkourkeskus reserves the right to modify these terms.
Changes will be published at least 30 days before entering into force.

By participating or purchasing, the customer confirms:
