Parkourkeskus Autumn Holiday Camp – Fun, Movement and Adventure!
Parkourkeskus Autumn Holiday Camp is packed with fun, movement and exciting activities! The camp days include both indoor and outdoor activities, parkour technique training, flips in the foam pit, climbing, acrobatics, body control, adventures, parkour videos, games, activities... and most importantly: having fun together!
The camp is suitable for everyone aged 7–17, regardless of skill level. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other parkour enthusiasts and experience those rewarding moments of success together.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re completely new to parkour or an experienced practitioner – everyone gets to train at their own level and in their own style.
🍂 Autumn Holiday Camp 12–16 October 2026
The camp takes place during the autumn holiday week 12–16 October 2026.
- Drop-off is possible from 8:00 AM
- Pick-up is by 4:00 PM at the latest
- Daily activities and training take place from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Choose 2, 3 or 5 camp days:
- 2 days – €85/person, choose any two days between 12–16 October
- 3 days – €119/person, Monday–Wednesday, 12–14 October
- 5 days – €189/person, Monday–Friday, 12–16 October
INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAMPS
- Who is the camp for?
The camp is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced movers and parkour practitioners. No previous parkour experience is required, while plenty of challenges are also available for those who have been training for a longer time. - Where?
The camp is held at our Malmi location at Teerisuonkuja 4, as well as in the surrounding area at some of the best local parkour spots. - What to bring?
Indoor shoes and comfortable training clothes for indoor activities, as well as outdoor shoes and weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. Don’t forget your water bottle! - Food:
Food is not included in the camp price. Participants should bring their own lunch and snacks. Food can be stored in the fridge and heated in the microwave if needed. - Camp information:
A camp information letter will be sent by email during the week before the camp. - Instructors:
Our experienced and professional instructors guide the activities throughout the camp.
WHAT DO WE DO AT THE CAMPS?
- We train parkour fundamentals, explore acrobatics and different circus disciplines, and develop our own individual ways of moving.
- We play a variety of games both indoors in the training hall and outdoors.
- We eat lunch around midday and take a short snack break at around 2:00 PM.
- We have free training time where you can practise exactly the tricks and skills you want to work on! Plenty of time is reserved for individual practice.
- We learn about the culture and values of parkour and circus training – encouraging others, keeping the environment clean and respecting other people using the space.
- We meet new friends and have lots of fun together!
- We explore the parks, areas and training spots around Malmi and discover what the local surroundings have to offer.
